@Will70Westy - Indeed, nice know friends with a tow vehicle. We ended up trading our Eurovan ( http://calivw78.com/2008/07/27/so-long-eurovan-gls ) shortly after this incident because of that. We had become accustomed to having a vehicle of our own that could tow when needed, and it's nice to have that back.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('591','Troy','<a href=\'#comment-590\' rel=\"nofollow\">@Will70Westy<\/a> - Indeed, nice know friends with a tow vehicle.
nice story. thanks for posting.

It sure is nice to know friends with a tow vehicle!! I've been there getting projects home. never had to get towed over 100 miles (though AAA plus helped that time right AT 100 miles meaning 200 r/t for the driver)

the upper arkansas valley sure is beautiful! there is even some streamside camping there.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('590','Will70Westy','nice story. thanks for posting. \n\nIt sure is nice to know friends with a tow vehicle!!
