I put this site up to talk about anything related to VW transporters that my family and I endured….I mean, enjoyed ;) We have three kids with one on the way and we love to go camping. We host a VW bus camp out in the Denver, CO area called Parking In The Pines.
Our VW buses:
Buster: The one that started it all back in 1998. He is a 1978 model year transporter with a stock, fuel injected, type 4 motor.
Vandejo: Purchased April/08 With our fourth child on the way, we just could not camp in Buster anymore. We needed a pop top to sleep a couple of our little ones. She is a1974 model year Westy with an engine out of a ‘78 (same as Buster.)
Eurovan GLS: Not old enough to get a cool name yet :) This is our “dependable” daily driver. 2003 model year.
